League Gothic is a new version of an old and well-known font called Alternate Gothic. The League Of Moveable Types wanted to create their own version of something and share it with others in the Open Source Type Movement.
You can get a free download of League Gothic Font here. It’s in the TTF (TrueType) Format and you can use it for personal and commercial purposes without paying.
